Ticket price — set by you
Whatever you charge is what the ticket is worth. Eventzi never takes a cut of it.
Eventzi booking fee — paid by your attendee
7% of the ticket price, added on top at checkout and shown before your attendee pays. It’s how Eventzi is paid. No listing fees, no monthly fees.
Stripe processing — paid by you
Stripe handles the card payment and deducts its fee from your payout, the same as any card payment. The estimate here is for a standard domestic card on Stripe’s published pricing.

Stripe processes your attendee’s payment. Its fee is worked out on the full amount your attendee pays, and can vary with the payment method, where the card was issued and whether currency conversion is needed. View Stripe pricing →
Minimum booking fee. The booking fee is at least £0.25, which applies to tickets under £3.43. A £2.00 ticket carries a £0.25 fee.
Stripe charges on the full amount. Stripe works out its fee on everything your attendee pays — ticket and booking fee together.
Some cards cost more. Premium, international and cross-border cards, and payments that need currency conversion, carry higher Stripe fees. After each sale Eventzi shows the fee Stripe actually charged.
Refunds.When you refund an attendee, they get the ticket price back and Eventzi’s booking fee isn’t refunded. If you cancel the event, attendees get the booking fee back too — Eventzi returns it. Either way Stripe doesn’t return its processing fee.
